• 24 hours or more before your session: reschedule or cancel for a full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: no refund, but you get one free reschedule. Life happens. Twice is a pattern.
• Running late: the session still ends at its booked time.
• If I have to reschedule: you pick a new time or get a full refund. Your call.

A Burn Session is strategy and straight talk. It isn't therapy, legal, financial or medical advice. When you need one of those, I'll help you find the right person.

• Planning fee: $333 per trip, up to 7 nights, with a 30-minute Burn Session. $555 up to 14 nights, with a 60-minute Burn Session.
• What's included: your custom itinerary, one round of revisions, and a complimentary 30-minute Burn Session to walk through it live or save for later.
• Trips leaving in under 30 days are by request only.

Booking your trip: you book from the Fora booking links in your itinerary, unless you ask me to book for you. Hotels, tours and other suppliers set their own prices, cancellation rules and refunds, and those terms are between you and them. I'll flag anything worth knowing before you book.

Travel insurance: I strongly recommend it for any trip you'd be sad to lose money on.

Your trip, your call: I plan with care, but I can't control weather, delays, closures or the world. Check entry rules, passports and visas for your destination before you go.

• Give it to anyone: gift cards are transferable.
• The fine print: gift cards are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash.

When a friend books a paid session and tells me you sent them, your next 15 minutes are on me.

I use what you send to answer you and to do the work you asked for. If you tick the box, I also email you Field Briefs from the Furnace, every Sunday. Email only, never texts, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

I don't sell or share your details. Forms and bookings run through Wix, and payments through its checkout, so they follow its security. Photos and files you upload stay private until I've read them. Ask me to delete anything you've sent and I will.
